PCB Cutting Machine Descriptions

1. PCB Cutting machine is equipped with high-speed CCD vision alignment system in all series

of products to enhance the precision in cutting and efficiency in operation.

Product Application

1. Equipped with high efficient vision-aided position alignment system with high-speed CCD camera in all product series.

Especially desinged for high-precision and high-production PCB cutting process.

2. Suitable for de-paneling small-sized PCB for cell phone ,digital camera,GPS device,and PDA ,etc.

3. Can choose either standard fixture or customized fixture for PCB cutting to help increasing the production volume.

Machine Configuration

SEPRAYS CCD Camera

1. The aperture uses LED to save power, and the image is clear, and the software can control the brightness;

2. The cutter diameter can be entered directly. Easy teaching;

3. The image is combined with the operation screen for easy teaching and input;

4. The image is directly captured from the workpiece and magnified 15 times to improve the accuracy of the teaching.

5. The cross mark has a round frame and a quad frame, which can be arbitrarily set.

SEPRAYS Static Eliminator

1. Reduce dust adhesion to the PCB.

2. Reduce dust adhesion to the milling bit,prolong the lifecycle of milling tool.

3. When there is a safety circuit abnormal, the LED lights red.

4. Excellent in static elimination, completed from 1000V instead of 100V1 seconds.

Japan NSK spindle

1. Adopts Japan NSK Spindle , Speed:0~60KRPM.

2. The motor uses air-cooled heat dissipation to reduce heat dissipation space,

motor power :350W,saving power, Large torque.

Adopts imported spindle to reduce the maintain cost(Spindle with motor are separate)

3. Cutting with less stress,smooth edge,high precision.
