PCB V Cut Machine Characteristics
1. PCB V Cut Machine adopts a unique multi-continuous cutting method. The Circuit board
are completely splitted by six blades, the upper and lower blade
are a group to form a cutting unit, they Are A, B, C groups.The
whole cutting process is divided into three parts. The A-group
blade cuts the PCB 40% first, then the B-blade again runs through
the slot cut by the A-blade, and again completes 40% of the cutting
amount, and finally the C-group blade cuts the last 20% , because
each time the amount of cutting is small, the stress generated
during the cutting process is reduced by more than 80% compared
with the traditional one-time cutting method. The edge of the
divided circuit board is smooth, and the board surface is very
flat.
It is the only machine on the market that can guarantee the
deformation of the aluminum board after cutting.
2. Due to the multiple cutting, the cutting process is very smooth,
greatly improving the positioning ability of the V-CUT groove. Even
if the Circuit board V-CUT groove is very shallow,will not jump out
of the V-cut groove guiding knife. Avoid bad boards.
3. Due to the small cutting force of the blade and the high-speed
steel material imported from Sweden, the durability of the blade is
greatly improved, and the blade life can be more than one year.
4. All cutting blades are calibrated with a stimulating
dual-frequency laser interferometer to ensure that the second knife
continue to cut accurately in the V-groove after the fist knife
cut. The tip of the knife jumps no more than 0.02mm. Ensure the
perfect cutting quality.
